~fun~

Okey Dokey, we all like fun things to do but sometimes when we do them we don't get that 'I've just done something that's good for me' feeling.

i.e. when we've just been eating (the dreaded word) junk food

So here are some things to do that will give you that positive feeling plus it'll be fun.

Going on your computer - Learn interesting facts to expand your knowledge.

Eating fruit - Healthy+Yummy.

Picking flowers - Make your room smell nice & fresh air.

Scrap booking - Boost's your creativity, is a good way to use up old stuff.

Going for a walk - You can take your dog and get some exercise.

Meditation - helps you focus and........ relax.

cooking - (as long as it's healthy) You can eat Healthy!! And make something nice for the family.

This list could go on an on but I think I'll stop now, if you want some more stuff that makes you happy and will make you feel good than go to my happiness page to get some more ideas (skip out the brownie recipie!!)
