We all have our ups and downs and bad days,and usually it's because we need some inspiration served to us on a diamond
platter
and I'm afraid that it's not going to suddenly appear,we have to make it happen!Here's some ideas to help you along:
1.bake some cookies!
2.Go for a walk on the beach
3.Invite some friends/family over!
4.Watch your favourite movie
5.Have a task for the day
(like:I will smile at every person I meet)
6.Get crafty
7.Have a positive journal
(in which you write all the good things that happened today)
8.Listen to music with a happy vibe to it
9.Tidy your house/room
10.Have a nice hot bubble bath
