1.Eggs on toast are delicious
especially when you make them
into different shapes!And did
you know that the albium (the
white part of the egg) is 100%
PROTEIN!!!!!!!
2.Muesli is great and you can add
as many nuts,oats,fruit or cranberry's
as you want to individualise it!
3.Pancakes are so SCRUMMY!!!!
But it's better to make the mixture
the day before to prevent hassle in
the morning.
4.Porridge is beautiful on a cold
winters day covered in brown sugar
5.Smoothies are on of the healthiest
breakfasts around!I recommend a plum
6.Bagels are great,there are many
different variates and are best with
cream cheese and smoked salmon!!
Plus:you can make mini pizzas out of
them!!!
