CAKE POPS!!!

I've got a little bit of an obsession of these wonderful things sent to us by heaven,they're great presents,desserts and delightful snacks!Here's the recipe and some pics:

Ingredients:

• ingredients to make a cake /cake mix
• frosting
• melted chocolate (any kind really)
• lolly pop sticks (maybe straws...)

Method:

1.Make a cake,it doesn't matter what kind!

2.Allow the cake to cool.....

3.Using your hands,take the cake out of the pan,put it into a large bowl and break down the cake into fine crumbs (you can do this with an electric mixer too)

4.Choose a flavour of frosting you adore put about half of it into the cake crumbs,basically it needs to end up to be a nice,doughy texture.

5.Make little,smooth,perfect balls with your hands (they shouldn't have any bumps as you need them to be even when dipping them into chocolate.)

6.Place each cake ball onto a tray covered in baking paper.Then place in the freezer for 10 minutes for them to eventually firm up.

7.Melt some chocolate in a double bolier.(the chocolate used for dipping strawberries in is reccomended.

8.Insert the cake balls onto the lolly pop sticks.

9.Remove the cake ball from the lolly pop stick and dip into the melted chocolate.Then stick the covered in chocolate cake ball back onto the lolly pop stick using the hole you've just created. 

10.(my fave part...)Add SPRINKLES AND TOPPINGS!!(SQUEAL!!)

11.set aside to cool for them to harden

12.Repeat the process of dipping them in chocolate (this is to make sure they're securely covered) then leave them to cool.

13.Once hard,I reccomend sticking them in foam to keep them up right and out of harms way.Then put in refrigerator.
