Loving Who You Are.This is one of the hardest things to do in the world but it IS possible!Here's some ideas:
- If There are some flaws in your life (like a toxic friend,a bad habit or not enough exercise) Then you CAN do something about it instead of just sitting on the couch thinking about it(Like:DUMP that toxic friend,stop picking your nose and go for a WALK.NOW!!)
- Don't stress other people about YOUR problems.They probably don't even deserve to be an issue in your life.So stop yakking on about how you REALLY shouldn't eat that cupcake OR I HAVE to go for a walk NOW!!!
- Have a Whole day of YOU:Do what YOU want to do.So cancel all appointments/meetings and Do what YOU want to do:Watch D.V.D.S,eat your favourite food,go for a nice relaxing bike ride,make a pizza or cuddle up to your pet.Whatever it is DO IT NOW!!
- Sit down in front of a mirror and just look at all the good stuff about you,not all the bad stuff,cause that'll just make you depressed.But you already new that!
- Don't let people insult you and get away with it.They're just saying those awful things to make themselves look/feel better.So just simply reply with a sweet no care in the world smile and say "Yeah,well you're a DUD!"P.S.Don't take what they said seriously they probably just thought of something random.Said it.And than EXPECTED you to be insulted.
