Ahhhhh......SUCCESS!!!Doesn't it feel good?I just went for a great bike ride down to the beach with my Best Friend,and you know what?It felt great AND I had fun.I reckon I'm gonna do this every day now!Here's some tips on how to make doing your 30 minutes every 5 days of exercise FUN!!
- Go with friends!This makes it so much more fun,you can chat,gossip and NOT look like a total loner on the road(Jokes)
- Mix it into your routine!My friend does netball after school,and I go for a walk!Whatever you do make sure you enjoy it!
- Grab those opportunities!!Whether it's walking up stairs instead of taking the lift or playing some soccer with friends at lunch time!!
- Give yourself a purpose:If you go for a walk on the beach pick up pretty shells for an art project,if you go for a bike ride on the road take a plastic bag and pick up rubbish!!!
- Fill a bike basket with your favourite foods and walk down to maybe..the beach?AND HAVE A PICNIC!!!
