To be Happy I need to be......

NO,NO,NO and NO!!!!!You don't need to be any of these things to be happy,although confidence does help ALOT!!I know that one little blog post isn't going to suddenly give you true,forever happiness but I believe that happiness comes A)From within your heart and B)from Lot's of little happy things all put together to join one BIG HAPPY THINGY MA BOB of Happiness!!And now here's a little happy thing to help you join together your BIG HAPPY THINGY MA BOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                           TASK ONE!!!!!!

Get a piece of paper and write down all the things in your life that you'd like to change (i.e.That hostile friend or bad habit,or maybe you'd like to smile more often!,cross out  stupid things like "I'd like to become a teensy,weensy model etc,etc.....)Have a good look at your list,and circle the things you'd like to focus on changing.The next step is simple,DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CHANGE!!!! (it's that easy!!)

                           TASK TWO!!!!!

Grab a small container/box and decorate it with whatever makes you happy (put on stickers,collages,lolly wrappers,old movie tickets etc..) Then either write some compliments yourself or get your family and friends too,when your done that cut them up and put them in the box/container for whenever you feel down or negative

                          TASK THREE!!!!!

If you have a mirror in your bathroom/bedroom write something positive on it in liquid chalk or whiteboard marker (like,a reflection does not define you,or smile you look so much better that way!!!) And at my house we have a black board in the hall way where we write something positive on it every week!

                          TASK FOUR!!!!!

Think positive!!!Sometime it's the easiest thing in the world to do but most of the time it's very tiring yet also rewarding,so make sure you spare yourself some time for relaxation....(may favourite word!!)
