- Ouch!!:If you feel strain on your body immediately stop or you could get a serious injury.
- Beware of heavy breathers and a lot of sweat: People breathe very heavily in yoga (trust me!!) and you also get very hot and sweaty but don't worry you'll soon cool down!
- Wear loose clothes:It's gonna be hard to do stretches in skinny jeans so wear your fave t-shirt and your trackies.( Don't worry!!no one will see you,they'll all have their eyes closed!)
- Relax: Make your breathing calm and peaceful.
