YOGA........

Recently I've taken up yoga after school and I've got to say that it's one of the best things I've ever done for my mind,body and soul since I took up aromatherapy!!Whoever's reading this I'm hereby commanding you to take it up NOW!! Before you do here's a little guide just 4 U.....

  • Ouch!!:If you feel strain on your body immediately stop or you could get a serious injury.
  • Beware of heavy breathers and a lot of sweat: People breathe very heavily in yoga (trust me!!) and you also get very hot and sweaty but don't worry you'll soon cool down!
  • Wear loose clothes:It's gonna be hard to do stretches in skinny jeans so wear your fave t-shirt and your trackies.( Don't worry!!no one will see you,they'll all have their eyes closed!)
  • Relax: Make your breathing calm and peaceful.
