Meditation

Meditations awesome. In only a few simple steps you can let go of all your worries and stress, feel cleansed, replenished and calm!

Here's some steps to start you off:

  1. Make sure you're sitting comfortably on a yoga mat, pillow or whatever. If you want to turn on some soothing music and light some scented candles
  1. Empty your thoughts.
  1. Relax all the muscles in your arms, shoulders, neck and face.
  2. Breath in through your nose in calm deep breaths
  1. If you find it hard to think of nothing than focus on your breathing or just one thought.
