Meditations awesome. In only a few simple steps you can let go of all your worries and stress, feel cleansed, replenished and calm!
Here's some steps to start you off:
- Make sure you're sitting comfortably on a yoga mat, pillow or whatever. If you want to turn on some soothing music and light some scented candles
- Empty your thoughts.
- Relax all the muscles in your arms, shoulders, neck and face.
- Breath in through your nose in calm deep breaths
- If you find it hard to think of nothing than focus on your breathing or just one thought.
