Sure, $$$ massages a the bomb but why spend all the dollars, when you have a tennis ball at home?
SORE SHOULDERS:
Lie on your back with the tennis ball between your spine and left shoulder blade. Hug the shoulder with your right arm then swap sides.
SORE FEET:
Press the arch of one foot on the ball, and gently roll it up and down to massage from your toes to your heel.
SORE CALVES:
Sit against a wall with your legs out. Put the ball under your calf and roll from side 2 side.
IF ALL ELSE FAILS...
Take a nice soothing relaxing bath!!!!
